Master of Business Administration

The Master of Business Administration degree program at Albertus Magnus prepares students for successful business management careers and ethical leadership roles. This accelerated program offers evening and online course options to fit students’ busy schedules and lifestyles. Classes occur every eight weeks, and students take one class for part-time study or two classes for full-time study. The program requires 48 credits including nine credits of electives in Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing, Leadership and General Management. Students with undergraduate business majors may waive up to 12 credits. The program also requires an entrepreneurial or business consulting capstone team project and provides collaborative and interactive learning experiences. Learning outcomes include demonstrating advanced communication and critical thinking skills, demonstrating comprehension of basic business concepts, ability to apply business concepts to real-world situations and demonstrating ability to make informed moral decisions in the business milieu.

Quinnipiac University

School of Business and Engineering

Founded in 1929, Quinnipiac University is a private Connecticut institution that occupies three campuses including the main campus in the Mount Carmel section of Hamden, a campus in the York Hill section of Hamden and a North Haven campus. Southern Connecticut State University

School of Business

Founded in 1893 as a teacher’s college, today Southern Connecticut University occupies a 171-acre campus in the seaside community of New Haven. University of Bridgeport

Ernest C. Trefz School of Business

College of Business

Founded in 1920, the University of New Haven (UNH) consists of a main campus in West Haven, Connecticut, and six satellite campuses throughout the state plus one in Italy. Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.)

The UNH Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) program prepares graduates for leadership roles and helps them develop strategic corporate thinking skills. Students can choose flexible part-time or full-time programs or a cohort format that blends online and on-campus courses. UNH operates on a trimester system with three terms per year plus a summer session. The degree requires 18 hours of core business courses in topics like economics, finance and marketing along with 30 to 36 hours of advanced courses and electives or courses in one of six possible concentrations including Accounting, Finance, Business Policy and Strategic Leadership, Human Resource Management and Sports Management. Ancell School of Business
